1.                       It has to be understood that this is a unique hand made Mongolian product and there are no set standards such as one sees in Australia. Therefore, the purchaser must agree that although all care and effort is made to ensure the product is made to order, there are often variations discovered when delivery is made and a certain amount of latitude within reason, must be allowed for.

2.                       While our Purchase Order Agreements cover replacement of factory faulted goods, there are no written guarantees as we know them in Australia. There-fore, all goods purchased and imported from our craft oriented Mongolian factory do not carry guarantees, although our Australian made and fabricated products do.

3.                       Green Habitat Solutions advises that packing is of a lesser standard than in Australia. Therefore it must be understood when purchasing the product that although soft felt, sewn plastic covers and wooden crates are used to protect the goods, minor damage still sometimes occurs.

4.                       Green Habitat Solutions takes responsibility for manufacturing faults and/or major damage before arriving in Australia.  International Shipping Insurance for the loss or damage of the whole container is included in the purchase price. Green Habitat Solutions takes responsibility for domestic transport Insurance to the point of the container being opened for final inspection and distribution. Green Habitat Solutions cannot be held responsible for damage to individual goods that occur after this point. We advise that the purchaser should organize separate transport insurance from the point of final inspection to final point of delivery.   

5.                       Although Green Habitat Solutions will attempt to have orders delivered when indicated, shipping dates and times are the responsibility of shipping companies and arrival dates and times are often altered at the last moment.  We therefore cannot be held responsible for any changes to ETA's and delivery dates indicated.

6.                  The goods remain the property of Green Habitat Solutions until full payment is made.

7.                That the conditions referred to in this Order Form Disclaimer are part of the Contract of Sale and the signing of this disclaimer is binding.
